Service Charge Accounts

In October 2007 draft guidance was issued on the conduct of engagements to report on service charge statements of account. This was prepared in accordance with regulations made under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

The guidance is available as a related document (see left). Further updates will be issued in due course.
