Property receivers' scheme

ACCA participates in a joint voluntary registration scheme for practitioners who act as property receivers with the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Since the elimination of regulation for property receivers by the 1986 Insolvency Act, this scheme acts to bring reassurance to the profession and stakeholders alike. Property receivers need not be licensed insolvency practitioners. To gain accreditation, you must sit an examination and undergo a peer interview. For further information contact Pat Delbridge.

A list of ACCA members eligible to act as property receivers pdf can be viewed under "Related documents".
