CPD Event. Financial Analysis II (Kiev. Ukraine)

Ernst & Young Academy of Business announces a two-day training “Financial Analysis II: Valuation of Effectiveness of a Company’s Activity” to be held on March 15-16, 2010 from 10:00 till 17:00 at 7 Mykhailivska St., Kiev, Ukraine.

This training is oriented for financial directors, financial analysts, management personnel, specialists responsible for budgeting and long-term development planning.

Training objectives:

• to understand the interconnection between the values of business and financial indexes
• to familiarize participants with profound financial analysis from the perspective of company management
• to consider the EVA (Economic Value Added) framework and its interconnection with the investment profitability index and costs of investment financing
• to consider application of Dupont factor model to examine return on equity (ROE)
• to introduce participants to the model of equilibrium growth
• to practice to analyze a company’s market value indicators (EPS, Yield, PE, etc.) and understand their interconnection with the financial statements data
• to provide practical skills of analysis of a real company’s financial position for working out of measures for solving of problems
