Stress is an everyday fact of life.  You can’t avoid it. 
Stress is defined as any change to which you must adapt. 
Not all stress is bad though, in fact some stress is also essential. 
It is how you respond to stressful experiences that determines the impact stress will have on your life.
This workshop will look at how you can identify signs of stress in yourself and others and how to control the factors that create this stress. 
You will also learn some simple relaxation techniques to help you manage stress more effectively and in so doing improve your overall well-being and performance at work.
