This course will run from the perspective of a business raising funds on the public markets. It will cover all of the processes and documents in an interactive format providing full insight into the parties involved and all the relevant jargon. Both equity and debt markets are covered, which will provide a comprehensive and practical treatment of a subject which many businesses face.
